摘要 钢结构加固不仅有利于提高在役钢结构抗震性能,而且对于“城市更新”中存量老旧厂房焕发新机有着普遍而积极的意义。针对某门式刚架钢结构厂房改造中面临的重载需求、结构设计缺陷以及检测中发现的原设计施工缺陷,进行了加固方案的比选,通过特殊节点的处理及构件性能化设计方法的引入,降低了施工难度,减少了工程加固量,提高了工程的安全度,可为类似工程项目提供参考。 Reinforcement of steel structure is not only beneficial to improve the seismic performance of steel structure in service,but also has a general and positive significance for the regeneration of old factory buildings in the"urban renewal".In view of the heavy load requirements,structural design defects and original construction defects found in the inspection of a gantry steel structure factory building,this paper carried out a comparative selection of reinforcement schemes.Through the treatment of special nodes and the introduction of performance-based design methods for components,the difficulty of construction was reduced,the amount of engineering reinforcement was reduced,and the safety of the project was improved,which can provide references for similar engineering projects.
