摘要
冷弯薄壁型钢常被应用于轻钢结构建筑中,本身具备良好的受力性能、承载能力、轻质高强、便于施工安装,但国内对于冷弯薄壁卷边型钢以及混凝土的组合结构研究较少。为了研究冷弯薄壁卷边型钢-混凝土组合梁结构的受弯性能,通过有限元软件建立三维模型进行数值分析研究。通过对比同截面高度、用钢量情况下以及与工字形钢-混凝土组合梁结构构件的受力性能之间的差异,分析冷弯薄壁卷边型钢-混凝土组合梁的受力变形机理。研究结果表明:卷边型钢对于混凝土的约束作用能够较大程度提升组合梁的受弯承载能力;同截面高度的情况下,冷弯薄壁卷边型钢-混凝土组合梁比工字形钢-混凝土组合梁的受弯承载能力高;同用钢量情况下,有构造措施的腹板开槽冷弯薄壁卷边型钢-混凝土组合梁的受弯承载能力远高于实腹的冷弯薄壁卷边型钢-混凝土组合梁;FL梁比同截面高度的PEC梁承载能力低12.7%,但前者比后者用钢量少了29.8%。
Cold-formed thin-walled steel is often used in light steel structures.It has good mechanical properties,load-bearing capacity,lightweight and high-strength,and is easy to construct and install.However,research on the combined structure of cold-formed thin-walled lipped channel steel and concrete has less in China.In order to study the flexural performance of cold-formed thin-walled lipped channel steel-concrete composite beam structures,the three-dimensional models were established through finite element software for numerical analysis and research.By comparing the differences in the mechanical properties of structural members with the same cross-section height,steel consumption,and I-shaped steel-concrete composite beams,the stress-deformation mechanism of cold-formed thin-walled lipped channel steel-concrete composite beams was analyzed.The research results show that the restraining effect of curled steel on concrete can greatly improve the flexural load-bearing capacity of composite beams;in the case of the same cross-section height,the flexural load-bearing capacity of cold-formed thin-walled lipped channel steel-concrete composite beams are better than that of I-shaped steel-concrete composite beams;in the case of the same amount of steel consumed,the flexural load-bearing capacity of the cold-formed thin-walled lipped channel steel-concrete composite beam with structural measures is much higher than that of the cold-formed thin-walled lipped channel steel-concrete composite beam with a solid web;FL beam has a load-bearing capacity 12.7%lower than that of a PEC beam with the same cross-section height,but the former uses 29.8%less steel than the latter.
