摘要
高性能自流平砂浆具有优良的性能,施工简易快捷,在绿色建筑施工领域有着重要的意义。为优化地坪砂浆配置,提高地坪砂浆的各项工作性能,在实验室针对不同水泥掺量、石英砂级配、多种外加剂用量等方面进行了多组试验。结果表明,硅灰的少量掺入可大大提高砂浆的工作性能,减少砂浆的泌水问题;0.1364%聚羧酸高效减水剂掺量相较于0.0909%、0.1091%的砂浆初期强度增长更快,拉拔性能更为优异;石英砂级配不均匀时,砂浆性能有明显下降;酒石酸的掺量增加砂浆初期强度逐渐降低,水化反应越来越稳定,砂浆更不容易产生裂缝。优化配制后的砂浆各项性能均超出预期,具有较好的实用意义。
High performance floor mortar has excellent performance,simple and fast construction,and has important significance in the field of green building construction.In order to optimize the configuration of floor mortar and improve the performance of floor mortar,a number of experiments were carried out in the laboratory on different cement content,quartz sand grading and various admixtures.The results show that a small amount of silica fume can greatly improve the performance of mortar and reduce the problem of bleeding.Compared with 0.0909%and 0.1091%mortar,the initial strength of 0.1364%polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer increased faster and the drawing performance was better.When the quartz sand gradation is not uniform,the performance of the mortar decreases obviously.With the increase of tartaric acid content,the initial strength of mortar gradually decreases,the hydration reaction becomes more and more stable,and the mortar is less prone to cracks.The properties of the optimized mortar are more than expected and have good practical significance.
