箱式模块化建筑结构的抗震设计技术研究

摘要 为了改善传统箱式模块化建筑结构的整体性、平面抗扭刚度、抗侧刚度,提高结构的抗震性能,研究了结构体系和抗侧力结构部件的抗震设计技术。分析了箱体模块的尺度与构造、水平地震作用下的内力分布与变形,总结了传统模块化建筑结构的特性。基于模块结构特征和模块标准化思路,提出了抗重力和抗侧力两种功能模块分离的抗震结构体系设计。设计开发了密肋蒙皮的模块底板结构,并通过模块底板间的相互连接组成具有足够抗剪刚度和承载力的整体楼盖。设计开发了模块式加劲波纹钢板剪力墙部件,建立部件的荷载模式和分析模型,通过Abaqus有限元计算得到部件的抗侧刚度和设计承载力,并进一步建立了部件的弹性与弹塑性实用设计模型。设计技术已应用于国内8度地震区的多个箱式模块化数据中心实际工程,证明了技术方法的合理性与高效性。 In order to improve the integrity,torsional and lateral stiffness of the prefabricated modular structure,as well as to enhance the structural seismic performance,the seismic design technology of structural system and lateral force-resistant structural components was studied.With the study of module size limitation,modules’configuration,force distribution and deformation under seismic force of module containers,the characteristics of existed modular structure were summarized.Based on the characteristics of modular structure and the idea of standardization design,the structural system in which gravitational force-resistant modules and lateral force-resistant modules were separated,was proposed and designed.Modular floor structure with ribbed steel plate was designed,and an integral floor system with sufficient shear stiffness and bearing capacity was formed with the help of the interconnection between adjacent modules.Stiffened corrugated steel plate shear wall for modular structure was designed.The loading method and analysis model for such shear walls was established.Lateral stiffness and bearing capacity of stiffened corrugated steel plate shear wall was calculated by Abaqus finite element model.Furthermore,practical design models for both elastic and elastoplastic analysis were established for such wall component.The abovementioned design technology has been applied to multiple modular data centers located in 8degree earthquake zone in China,proving the rationality and efficiency of the technical methodology.
