深圳某高位转换超限高层结构抗震设计

摘要 本工程属于高位转换超限高层建筑,高度为76.1m,地下两层,地上22层。结构体系为部分框支剪力墙,转换层采用混凝土框支梁、柱体系。对本工程抗震设计过程中涉及到的结构整体弹性阶段分析、中震作用下性能设计、罕遇地震作用下结构弹塑性能进行阐述。重点介绍了针对本工程高位转换的特点和框支转换梁受力分析难点进行的补充分析计算以及由此产生的结构调整和加强措施。 This project belongs to the high conversion over limit high-rise building,with a height of 76.1m,two floors underground and 22 floors above ground.The structural system is partial frame-supported shear wall,and the transfer layer adopts concrete frame-supported beam and column system.In the process of seismic design of this project,the analysis of the overall elastic stage of the structure,the performance design under moderate earthquake and the ability of the structure itself to resist large earthquake are described.This paper focuses on the supplementary analysis and calculation for the characteristics of the high transfer and the difficulty in the analysis of the force of the frame-supported transfer beam,as well as the resulting structural adjustment and strengthening measures.
