深圳甲子塘A座复杂超高层结构的抗震性能分析与设计

摘要 深圳甲子塘A座塔楼是平面和竖向存在多项不规则项的复杂超高层建筑,采用框支剪力墙结构体系。对主体结构进行多遇地震、罕遇地震作用下的计算分析及性能化设计,着重对框支转换结构采用ABAQUS软件进行了有限元分析,以及针对结构抗扭刚度偏弱的问题,对结构抗扭转性能进行了专项分析。分析结果表明,转换结构在大震作用下混凝土损伤较小,钢筋均未屈服;结构抗扭刚度偏弱,框架柱需附加抗扭钢筋及外围框架梁设置抗扭腰筋。通过对结构进行性能化分析及设计,结合相应的抗震加强措施,可有效保障结构的抗震安全性。 Shenzhen JiazitangTower A is a complex super high-rise building with multiple irregular terms in both the plane and vertical directions,adopting a frame-supported shear wall structural system.Computational analysis and performance-based design of the main structure under the action of small and large earthquakes were conducted,and the finite element analysis of the conversion frame byABAQUS,as well as a special analysis was conducted on the torsional performance of the structure to address the issue of weak torsional stiffness.The analysis results indicate that the concrete damage of the transfer structure is relatively small under large earthquakes,and the steel bars do not yield.The torsional stiffness of the structure is relatively weak,the frame column needs to be equipped with additional torsion resistant steel bars and the peripheral frame beams should be equipped with torsion resistant waist bars.Though the performance-based analysis and design of the structure,combined with corresponding seismic strengthening measures,the seismic safety of the structure can be effectively guaranteed.
