笼模装配整体式混凝土结构技术的工程应用

Engineering appliction of assembly integrated concrete structure with reinforcement cage and formwork

装配式建筑因具有效率高、质量高、节省工期等优势已成为建筑行业的发展趋势。目前钢筋混凝土装配式结构存在的连接整体性等问题,笼模装配整体式混凝土结构技术提供了一种新的思路,并在某高层建筑项目中成功应用。本文首先简述了笼模装配式混凝土结构技术体系基本原理,并详细介绍了关于结构深化设计、安装施工等技术在实际工程案例中的应用情况,其结果表明,该技术体系力学性能与现浇体系完全一致,工业化程度较高,并且安装简单、快捷,大幅节约工期,具有广阔的应用前景。

Prefabricated building has become a trend of construction industry due to its advantages of high efficiency,high quality and saving time limit.At present,the prefabricated RC structure still has some problems such as joint connection and difficulties in construction.The assembly integrated concrete structure with reinforcement cage and formwork provides a new solution.In this paper,the system of assembly integrated concrete structure is briefly introduced,and a detailed introduction was given on the application of technologies such as structural deepening design and installation construction in practical engineering cases.The results indicate that the mechanical properties of the technical system are completely consistent with the cast-in-place system,with a high degree of industrialization,simple and fast installation,and significant savings in construction period.It has broad application prospects.
