海南某高中教学楼项目装配整体式钢筋混凝土框架设计

摘要 根据《海南省人民政府关于大力发展装配式建筑的实施意见》规定,到2022年具备条件的新建建筑原则上全部采用装配式方式进行建造^([1])。本文介绍在新的规则及规定——《海南省装配式建筑装配率计算规则(2021年修订版)》[2]下,某高中教学楼项目装配式设计的设计方法。本项目采用装配整体式钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,在保证结构安全、满足装配率的前提下,考虑装配式建筑模数化、标准化的特点,对装配式的预制构件进行合理取舍,减少预制构件种类。最终该装配式建筑不仅满足了装配率的要求,并且安全、可靠、经济、设计合理。本文详细介绍了内隔墙、楼板、框架柱、楼梯、集成卫生间、管线分离的装配式设计以及装配率的计算过程,可为类似工程提供参考。 According to the Implementation Opinions of the People's Government of Hainan Province on Vigorously developing prefabricated buildings,all qualified new buildings should be prefabricated up to 2022.The design method of a high school teaching building project was introduced this paper under the new rules and regulations of"Hainan Province Assembly Rate Calculation Rules(Revised Edition 2021)".Considering the modular and standardized characteristics of prefabricated buildings,a reinforced-concrete frame structure was adopted,and the prefabricated components were reasonably optimized to ensure the safety of structure and meet the assembly rate.This paper introduces in detail the assembly design of inner partition wall,floor plate,frame column,stairs,integrated toilet,pipeline separation and the calculation process of assembly rate,which can provide reference for similar projects.
