综合性地铁车辆段车致振动特性实测与分析

摘要 为研究将上盖物业设计在内的综合性车辆段在地铁列车正常运行时所导致振动的振源特性和振动的传播规律,对北京某新建的地铁车辆段现场实测,基于实测数据对该车辆段运用库和咽喉区的振源特性和振动传播规律进行了研究分析。结果表明:一体化综合性车辆段的运用库地面处结构柱上的主要振动频率在130~165Hz,二层结构柱处的主要振动频率在12~50Hz,高频振动衰减较快,低频振动衰减较慢;运用库楼板中间的振动加速度大于同层结构柱底部楼板,地面处振动加速度随距轨道水平距离的增大而减小,楼板中间振动加速度随着层高而减小;运用库二楼和三楼结构柱的振动加速度级大于地面结构柱,16~50Hz范围内的振动加速度级沿层高出现放大情况,类似工程中楼板等结构的自振频率要尽量避开该范围;运用库中距离列车线7.5m处、二层小汽车库以及三层平台的环境振动均满足《城市区域环境振动标准》规定的振动限值标准。运用库的振源VL_(Zmax)为66.7dB,咽喉区1的振源VL_(Zmax)为80.2dB,咽喉区2的振源VL_(Zmax)为91.3dB,此次实测中,咽喉区在相同的轨道结构下,车速越快,振动加速度级越大。 To study the vibration source characteristics and vibration propagation law caused by the normal operation of subway trains in the comprehensive depot including the design of superstructure,the field measurement of a newly-built subway depot in Beijing was carried out,and the vibration source characteristics and vibration propagation law of the depot and throat area were studied and analyzed based on the measured data.The results show that the main vibration frequency of the structural column on the ground of the integrated comprehensive vehicle depot was 130~165Hz,and the main vibration frequency of the structural column on the second floor was 12~50Hz,with fast attenuation of high-frequency vibration and slow attenuation of low-frequency vibration.The vibration acceleration in the middle of the floor slab was greater than that at the bottom of the structural column in the same floor,and the vibration acceleration at the ground decreases with the increase of the horizontal distance from the track,and the vibration acceleration in the middle of the floor slab decreases with the height of the floor.The vibration acceleration level of the structural columns on the second and third floors of the application library was greater than that of the ground structural columns,and the vibration acceleration level in the range of 16~50Hz was enlarged along the height,so the natural vibration frequency of the floor and other structures in similar projects should be avoided as far as possible;The environmental vibration of the garage 7.5m away from the train line,the small garage on the second floor and the platform on the third floor all meet the vibration limit standard stipulated in the Urban Regional Environmental Vibration Standard.The vibration source VL_(Zmax) of the application library was 66.7dB,the vibration source VL_(Zmax) of throat area 1 was 80.2dB,and the vibration source VL_(Zmax) of throat area 2 was 91.3dB.Under the same track structure,the faster the speed of the throat area,the greater the vibration acceleration level.
