某地铁车辆段上盖建筑隔震设计探讨

摘要 为保证地铁车辆段上盖建筑在发生设防地震时能够满足正常使用要求,以深圳某地铁上盖幼儿园建筑为例,研究低地震烈度、高风压地区建筑的隔震布置方法;对比设置抗风装置的小屈服力隔震布置方案以及提高屈服力的隔震布置方案,分别得到两个方案的隔震支座受力、支座变形和楼层层间剪力和构件弹塑性损伤的对比结果,分析结果表明,两个布置方案的隔震支座均满足受力和变形要求。在设防地震作用下,利用反应谱法和时程分析法得到结构楼层剪力比变化规律基本一致,设置抗风装置的小屈服力隔震布置方案具有更好的减震效果;在罕遇地震作用下,两个方案的各项指标均满足既定目标,隔震结构表现出良好的耗能性能,采用提高屈服力的隔震布置方案时,结构整体损伤更小。相类似的项目可按照建筑使用要求选择合适的隔震方案。 In order to ensure the metro depot superstructure can meet the normal operation requirements when the earthquake occurs,taking a kindergarten building in Shenzhen as an example,the isolation arrangement method of the building in the area of low earthquake intensity and high wind pressure is studied.By comparing the low yield force isolation arrangement scheme with the installation of wind resistance device and the isolation arrangement scheme with the high yield force,the comparison results of the stress,deformation of the support,the shear force between layers of the building and the elastic-plastic damage of the components of the two schemes are obtained respectively.The response spectrum method and time history analysis method are used to find that the variation law of the shear ratio on the floor of the structure is basically the same,and the low yield force isolation scheme with wind resistance device has better damping effect.Under the action of rare earthquakes,all the indexes of the two schemes meet the established objectives,and the isolation structure shows good energy dissipation performance.When the isolation arrangement scheme is adopted to improve the yield force,the overall damage of the structure is less.Similar projects can choose the appropriate isolation scheme according to the requirements of building use.
