底层通高的超高层框架-核心筒结构的设计与分析

摘要 首层通高是超高层建筑常见的设计问题,带来楼层刚度突变,楼层抗剪承载力突变,竖向构件承载力和稳定性超限等问题。以深圳超高层框架-核心筒项目的设计实践为案例,主要分析了层高变化后,核心筒剪力墙和框架柱分担地震剪力的变化规律,并通过静力推覆分析研究了结构进入弹塑性状态以后,剪力墙和框架柱的压弯和受剪的抗力和荷载分担之间的关系。分析表明,首层通高的框架-核心筒结构并不发生首层整层破坏模式,楼层抗剪承载力的计算公式不应直接作为构件设计加强的标准。应根据计算分析结果,采取针对性的措施,作为设计建议,提出对首层通高的剪力墙重视其压弯能力的加强,并保证适度的抗剪富裕;首层通高的框架柱,无需格外加强其纵筋配筋率,而应注意验算相邻楼层的框架的弯剪抗力。结果表明,首层通高并不是设计禁区,其抗震安全性和措施合理性是可以实现的。 The through height of the first story is a common design problem for super high-rise buildings,which results stiffness and shearing-resistant capacity changes.Taking a high-rise project as example,this paper analyzes the factors,and studied the relationship between the resistant capacity of shear-walls and frames through static pushover analysis.It shows that it would not result in a whole story failure mode.And it is important to improving the axial-bending capacity of the shear-wall of the first story and ensure shearing-resistant capacity;the column of the first through height story does not need to strengthen its longitudinal reinforcement ratio,but should pay attention to checking the bending and shearing resistance of the frame of the next story.The results show that the through height of the first story is not the design forbidden zone,and its seismic safety and rationality of measures can be achieved.
