摘要
帝豪金融大厦为框架-筒体结构,塔楼建筑高度199.92m,结构平面及筒体形状均呈Z形,为扭转不规则、细腰平面、尺寸突变(悬挑超过4m)、局部不规则等一般不规则项的超限超高建筑。结合建筑造型带来的结构特点,在整体性能化设计的基础上有针对地考察了不同地震输入角对Z形平面结构抗震性能的影响、深入分析揭示Z形平面腰部连接楼盖的受力特点,及对变截面柱实现上部两根框架柱、下部一根框架柱的合二为一托换进行了有限元分析。结果表明,本工程结构整体与局部均能满足抗震要求,研究方法可供类似项目参考。
Dihao Financial Building is a frame-tube structure with a building height of 199.92m.The structural plane and the shape of the tube are Z-shaped,which belongs to irregular torsion,thin waist plane,sudden change in size(overhanging over 4m),local irregularities,etc.General irregular super high buildings.Combined with the structural characteristics brought about by the building shape,on the basis of the overall performance-based design,the impact of different seismic input angles on the seismic performance of the Z-shaped plane structure was specifically investigated,and the force mode of the Z-shaped plane waist connection floor was determined through in-depth analysis.,and the finite element analysis is carried out for the variable cross-section column to achieve the combination of two upper frame columns and one lower frame column into one.The results show that the overall and partial structure of this project can meet the seismic requirements,and the research method can be used as a reference for similar projects.
