超长大跨度商业综合体结构关键问题分析与设计

摘要 长沙某商业广场为地上四层、地下两层的大型商业综合体,建筑高度约21m,平面尺寸东西向约210m,南北向约120m,建筑主体采用框架结构体系,平面未设置结构缝,为超长结构,进行温度应力分析,根据应力计算附加配筋,并且在混凝土中加入抗渗复合材料提高混凝土耐久性。内部连廊处梁最大跨度25.7m,支撑扶梯的悬挑梁最大悬挑长度8.6m,针对大跨度和长悬挑,结构采用缓粘结预应力混凝土梁,满足承载力及挠度控制要求,并补充楼盖舒适度分析。圆形和椭圆形中庭处屋顶为钢网壳采光顶,圆形钢网壳直径19.85m,椭圆形钢网壳长轴31.55m,短轴22.15m,进行线性和非线性屈曲分析,结果均满足规范要求。 A commercial plaza in Changsha is a large-scale commercial complex with four floors above the ground and two floors underground,The building height is about 21m,the plane size is about 210m from east to west,and about 120m from north to south,The main building adopts a frame structure system,and the plane is not provided with structural joints,It is an ultra long structure,Temperature stress analysis is carried out,additional reinforcement is calculated according to the stress,and impermeable composite materials are added to the concrete to improve the durability of the concrete.The maximum span of the beam at the internal corridor is 25.7m,and the maximum cantilever length of the cantilever beam supporting the escalator is 8.6m,For the large span and long cantilever,the structure adopts the slowly bonded prestressed concrete beam to meet the requirements of bearing capacity and deflection control,and the floor comfort analysis is supplemented.The roof of the circular and elliptical atrium is the steel reticulated shell daylighting roof,The diameter of the circular steel reticulated shell is 19.85m,the long axis of the elliptical steel reticulated shell is 31.55m,and the short axis is 22.15m,The linear and nonlinear buckling analysis results meet the requirements of the code.
