Structural optimization design of affordable housing project in Jeddah,Saudi Arabia

沙特吉达保障房项目为国内建筑商以EPC模式承建的海外工程,采用美国标准设计。为了提高建筑品质、降低成本,在结构布置、结构构造等方面进行了合理优化。运用ETABS软件进行计算,设定合理的限额标准,并运用BIM正向设计进行三维分析布置。通过优化设计提高了建筑的舒适性,降低了钢筋及混凝土用量及施工难度,取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益。

The affordable housing project in Jeddah,Saudi Arabia,is an overseas project undertaken by domestic builders in the EPC mode,which is designed according to American standards.In order to improve the building quality and reduce the cost,reasonable optimization has been carried out in the structural layout,details of structure and other aspects.In this paper,ETABS software is used for calculation,reasonable quota standards are set,and BIM forward design is used for three-dimensional analysis and layout.By optimizing the design,the comfort of the building is improved,the amount of steel,concrete and construction difficulty are reduced,and good social and economic benefits are achieved.
