摘要
随着城市化进程的快速推进,老旧小区的重建步伐逐渐加快,拆迁安置房涉及的深基坑工程也越来越多。结合西安市农兴路周边改造项目,详细分析了复杂环境下深基坑施工过程中,土体对周围构筑物的影响,并通过监测点的布设,随时监测土体变形情况及规律,确保施工作业的安全性,为类似工程的施工提供参考依据。
With the rapid progress of urbanization,the pace of reconstruction of old residential areas is gradually accelerating,demolition and resettlement houses involved in more and more deep foundation pit projects.In the context of the nongxing road reconstruction project in Xi’an,analyzes in detail the influence of soil on the surrounding structures during the construction of deep foundation pits in complex environments,to monitor the deformation of soil at any time and ensure the safety of construction work,and to provide a reference for the construction of similar projects.
