摘要
某大学图书馆EPC工程原设计为混凝土结构,内部存在高大空间结构且工期较紧,采用传统钢筋混凝土结构施工,需搭设高支模,整体工效低、安全风险大,通过工效对比后选用组合楼盖进行结构优化,既节省高支模搭拆、楼板混凝土养护期不能拆除脚手架施工时间,又便于机电、精装及时穿插施工,在确保结构安全的前提下达到了很好的抢工效果。以组合楼盖在本工程中的结构设计和重点施工技术措施进行总结,以供类似工程参考。
The EPC project of a university library was originally designed as a concrete structure.There is a large space structure inside and the construction period is relatively tight.The traditional reinforced concrete structure is used for construction,which requires the erection of high formwork.The overall work efficiency is low and the safety risk is large.After the comparison of work efficiency,the composite floor is selected for structural optimization,which not only saves the construction time of high formwork erection and dismantling,but also facilitates the timely construction of electromechanical and fine decoration,Under the premise of ensuring structural safety,a good rush effect is achieved.This paper summarizes the structural design and key construction technical measures of composite floor in this project,for reference of similar projects.
