高精砌体基于BIM技术集中化加工施工工艺探讨 被引量:1

摘要 本工艺以中南大明宫项目为依托,对高精砌块基于BIM技术在小型构件加工厂进行集中化加工进行研究。采用BIM技术对砌体墙进行三维排布、绘制出墙体所需砌块尺寸、数量、以及混凝土小构件尺寸数量。通过电动台据实现对高精砌块裁切,砌块裁切完尺寸控制3mm以内。通过铁模具对混凝土小构件加工,浇筑出来小构建尺寸控制在3mm以内。整个施工过程采用集中化加工,在小型构件加工厂进行。该工艺在保证墙面平整的同时,减少高精砌块损失的同时又绿色环保污染小。 Relying on the ZhongNanDaMingGong project,this process studies the centralized processing of high-precision blocks in small component processing plants based on BIM technology.BIM technology is used to arrange the masonry wall three-dimensionally,and the size and quantity of blocks required for the wall,as well as the size and quantity of small concrete components,are drawn.The high-precision blocks are cut by the electric table,and the size of the blocks after cutting is kept within 3mm.The small concrete components are processed by iron molds,and the small construction size is controlled within 3mm.The entire construction process adopts centralized processing,which is carried out in a small component processing plant.The process ensures that the wall surface is flat,and at the same time reduces the loss of high-precision blocks,and at the same time,it has less environmental pollution.
