BIM技术在城市地铁车站施工中的应用

摘要 随着国家各城市建设加快,城市轨道交通地建造刻不容缓,地铁车站主体施工又是地铁车站建设中非常重要的一部分,以重庆轨道交通15号线二期工程物流园北站为例,因车站主体结构内部构造复杂,利用BIM技术对车站主体结构施工各阶段进行可视化模拟,提高一线作业人员对车站结构认识,避免施工过程中出现返工现象,提高车站主体结构施工质量。同时对车站主体施工各阶段提前谋划,利用空间模型模拟,发现问题为设计优化提供思路。基于BIM技术在车站主体施工中各阶段,各类型的运用,结合实践研究发现,BIM技术在车站主体施工阶段的应用,可提高项目管理人员对各应用阶段管理效率,提前解决相关图纸和方案问题,节约工程成本及造价,可供类似建设工程参考。 With the acceleration of the construction of cities in the country,the construction of urban rail transit is urgent,and the main construction of subway stations is a very part of the construction of subway stations,this paper takes Chongqing Rail Transit Line 15 Phase II Logistics Park North Station as an example,due to the complex internal structure of the main structure of the station,the use of BIM technology to visualize and simulate each stage of the main structure of the station,improve the understanding of the station structure of the front-line operators,avoid the phenomenon of rework during the construction process,and improve the construction quality of the main structure of the station.At the same time,each stage of the main construction of the station is planned in advance,and the spatial model simulation is used to find problems and provide ideas for design optimization.Based on the application of BIM technology in various stages and types of station main construction,combined with practical research,it is found that the application of BIM technology in the main construction stage of the station can improve the management efficiency of project management personnel in each application stage,solve relevant drawings and scheme problems in advance,save project costs and costs,and can be used as a reference for similar construction projects.
