摘要
高层建筑桩基须满足其在结构自重、活荷载、地震作用、风荷载等作用于承台顶面的水平及竖向力和地基变形控制要求。因高层建筑荷载作用大、地基变形控制要求高,桩基础的安全度尤为重要。当桩基承载力不足时,会导致房屋出现较大差异沉降,将严重影响建筑物的安全,应采取合理的技术措施进行控制沉降处理。目前控制建筑物沉降较为行之有效的方法是补桩托换,降低既有桩基的承载量。通过采用微扰动增强型锚杆静压桩对某高层建筑进行控沉处理,对既有桩基承载力的评估分析、微扰动增强型锚杆静压桩桩身构造、桩基承载力计算、微扰动施工技术措施、桩基检测等方面进行了探讨和分析。桩基处理后检测结果表明,各项控制指标均满足相应规范要求,该技术方案可作为同类型工程的参考。
high-rise building pile foundation must satisfy its structure dead weight,live load,earthquake,wind load and other horizontal and vertical force and foundation of Yu Chengtai end face deformation control requirements.Big,foundation deformation control for high-rise building load demand is high,the safety of pile foundation is particularly important.When the pile bearing capacity is insufficient,will lead to a larger house differential settlement,will seriously affect the safety of buildings,reasonable technical measures should be taken to control the subsidence process.Is in control of building subsidence is relatively effective method is to pile underpinning,reducing both the bearing capacity of pile foundation.By adopting micro disturbance enhanced control of a high-rise building is carried out anchor rod static pressure piles processing,to evaluate both the bearing capacity of pile foundation analysis,micro disturbance enhanced anchor jacked pile body structure,the pile bearing capacity calculation,micro disturbance construction technical measures,pile foundation inspection,etc are discussed and analyzed.Pile foundation after processing test results show that the control indicators meet the corresponding requirement specification,the technical scheme can be used as a reference of the same kind of engineering.
