摘要
某望远镜塔基要求自振频率要求较高,一阶频率要求不得小于12Hz,为满足工艺要求,有必要对塔基的动力特性进行分析,通过对塔基形态、塔基高度、塔基直径、塔基壁厚、塔基混凝土强度、塔基侧壁开洞等多因素对基频的影响性分析,分析结果表明:塔基的基频受到诸多因素影响,当塔基无法按照《动力机器基础设计标准》进行计算分析时,采用实体有限元方法进行数值分析是合理的。
It is necessary to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the tower foundation to meet the high requirement of the vibration frequency of the telescope tower base,and the first-order frequency should not be less than 12Hz,based on the analysis of the influence of various factors on vibration frequency,such as tower base shape,tower base height,tower base diameter,tower base wall thickness,tower base concrete strength,and the hole of the tower wall,the results show that the vibration frequency of the tower base is affected by many factors.When the tower base can’t be calculated and analyzed according to the“Foundation of power equipment design standard”,it is reasonable to use solid finite element analysis.
