高灵敏度淤泥质土风机吊装平台基础形式研究

摘要 高灵敏度淤泥质土具有承载力小、稳定性差等特点,难以满足上部结构的承载力及沉降要求,故一般需进行专门的加固处理,常见的处理方式有换填法、预压法、复合地基等。以连云港灌云四队102.5MW陆上风电场项目的吊装平台基础为研究对象,从施工工艺、工期和经济成本等方面对比分析了预制方桩方案和钻孔灌注桩方案应用于高灵敏度淤泥质土风电吊装平台时的优、缺点。研究表明,采取预制方桩方案能显著缩短工期,降低成本,能满足风机的吊装要求,更适用于高灵敏度淤泥质土风电吊装平台。最后,还给出了预制方桩方案在施工中的技术要点,为其推广应用提供保障。 High-sensitivity silty soil has the characteristics of small bearing capacity and poor stability,which is difficult to meet the bearing capacity and settlement requirements of the superstructure,so special reinforcement treatment is generally required,and the common treatment methods are replacement filling method,pre-pressure method,composite foundation,etc.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of prefabricated square pile and bored pile solutions are compared and analyzed in terms of construction process,construction period and economic cost when applied to the wind power lifting platform of 102.5MW onshore wind farm project in Lianyungang Gouyun.The study shows that the prefabricated square pile solution can significantly shorten the construction period,reduce the cost and meet the requirements of wind turbine hoisting,which is more suitable for the high-sensitivity silt soil wind power hoisting platform.Finally,this paper also gives the technical points of the prefabricated square pile scheme in construction to provide guarantee for its promotion and application.
