Prestressed tension and anchor stress test on pretensioning U-shaped beams of Shanghai Metro Line 17 west extension project

介绍了上海轨道交通17号线西延伸工程先张法预应力U型梁生产线布置、张拉工装与设备、张拉工序、同步张拉措施等,计算了3×30m跨U型梁张拉工艺下预应力损失和张拉伸长值,并选择U型梁典型部位预应力筋对其张拉过程中的锚下应力进行测试。

The production line layout,tensioning tools and equipment,tensioning process and synchronous tensioning measures on pretensioning U-shaped beams of Shanghai metro Line 17 west extension project were introduced.The prestressing loss and tensioning length of 3×30m span U-shaped beam under the tensioning process are calculated.Moreover,some typical prestressing strands of the U-shaped beam are selected to test the anchor stress during the tensioning process.
