摘要
钢结构建筑外墙多见高低跨形式,传统施工多需将高低跨外墙钢构件吊运至安装部位,放置于低跨部位,随后进行正式安装,因此需占用大量作业面且大量耗费人力、工效低、施工周期长。为规避传统方法安装的诸多弊端,通过技术改进与研究创新,结合工程实践,采用超长高低跨钢结构外墙滑移法吊装安装施工技术,通过创新吊装滑移运输车,由超长高低跨两端向中间同步滑移吊装施工,提高了施工效率,缩短了施工工期,带来了较大的经济与社会效益。
The external walls of steel structure buildings often have high and low span forms.In traditional construction,the steel members of high and low span external walls need to be hoisted to the installation position,placed at the low span position,and then formally installed.As a result,a large number of working surfaces need to be occupied and a lot of manpower is consumed,the work efficiency is low,and the construction period is long.In order to avoid many disadvantages of traditional installation methods,through technical improvement,research and innovation,combined with engineering practice,the super long high and low span steel structure external wall sliding method is adopted for hoisting and installation construction technology.Through innovative hoisting and sliding transport vehicles,the construction efficiency is improved,the construction period is shortened,and greater economic and social benefits are brought by synchronous sliding from both ends of the super long high and low span to the middle.
