一种用于高层住宅的可周转悬挑防护平台设计与应用研究

摘要 本施工技术属于建筑高层施工防护领域,设计包括四个部分:支撑架体、顶升装置、平台架体、连接体。支撑架体设置在楼层内,顶升装置设置在支撑架体上,用于使支撑架体顶紧楼层内的相邻楼板。平台架体伸出楼层外提供工作平台。连接体设置在平台架体上,形成防护平台。本装置不需要对楼层的预埋件进行清理,可有效降低施工的劳动强度,便于安全文明施工。平台架体与支撑架体的连接构造使得拆装更为方便,便于重复使用。防护栏杆与平台架体的可拆卸连接设计,使得防护栏杆能够进行进一步地安全防护,便于提高安全稳定性。本技术有效地解决了现有垂直作业情况下悬挑防护平台安全性低、施工效率低的问题。在保证质量,提升工效等方面具有较好影响,对新形势下高层住宅的安全施工,具有良好推广应用价值。 The construction technology belongs to the field of high-rise building construction protection,and the design includes four parts:support frame,jacking device,platform frame and connecting body.The support frame is set in the floor,and the jacking device is set on the support frame,which is used to make the support frame close to the adjacent floor in the floor.The platform frame extends out of the floor to provide a working platform.The connector is set on the platform frame to form a protective platform.This device does not need to clean the embedded parts on the floor,which can effectively reduce the labor intensity of construction and facilitate safe and civilized construction.The connection structure between the platform frame body and the support frame body makes it easier to disassemble and reuse.The detachable connection design of the protective railings and the platform frame body enables the protective railings to further protect the safety and improve the safety and stability.This technology effectively solves the problems of low safety and low construction efficiency of the cantilever protective platform under the existing vertical operation.It has a good impact on quality assurance and efficiency improvement,and has a good promotion and application value for the safe construction of high-rise residential buildings under the new situation.
