气膜钢筋混凝土筒仓施工全过程模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对气膜钢筋混凝土筒仓在施工模拟过程中,气膜充气造成的几何非线性大变形导致的问题——后续喷涂聚氨酯和混凝土产生单元畸变,难以模拟,通过有限元软件,采用生死单元和单元追踪相结合的方式,对气膜钢筋混凝土筒仓施工全过程进行模拟分析,包括有充气膜充气变形、聚氨酯喷涂变形和钢筋混凝土施工变形。结果表明:充气膜在圆筒部位应力更大,聚氨酯和混凝土在圆筒与半球交界处应力更大;在靠近顶点处,模型主要位移向下,在圆筒及其与半球交界部分,模型主要位移表现为向外扩张,模型整体的下沉效应随着高度的增加愈发明显,在顶点处下沉效应达到最大;对气膜钢筋混凝土筒仓施工位移影响最大的阶段是充气膜成形阶段。 Aiming at the problems caused by the geometrically nonlinear large deformation caused by air film inflation in the construction simulation process of reinforced concrete silo using inflated forms,subsequent spraying of polyurethane and concrete produces unit distortion,which is difficult to simulate.Through finite element software,life-death elements and the method of unit tracking is combined to simulate and analyze the whole construction process of reinforced concrete silo using inflated forms,including the inflation deformation of the air film,the deformation of the polyurethane spraying and the deformation of the reinforced concrete construction.The results show that the stress of the inflatable membrane is greater at the cylinder,and the stress of polyurethane and concrete is greater at the junction of the cylinder and the hemisphere;near the apex,the main displacement of the model is downward,and at the junction of the cylinder and the hemisphere and the cylinder,the model The main displacement is outward expansion,and the overall sinking effect of the model becomes more and more obvious as the height increases,and the sinking effect reaches the maximum at the apex;the stage that has the greatest impact on the construction displacement of reinforced concrete silo using inflated forms is the stage of the inflatable film forming.
