Construction technology of complex special-shaped structure of antique building

针对曲阜尼山圣境世界儒学文化中心项目复杂异型结构施工技术难题,研究并采用了高大空间异型穹顶施工技术、高空超大异形悬挑飞檐施工技术以及大跨度钢桁架动态液压整体提升关键技术,涉及空间放线技术、大跨度转化层施工、悬挑飞檐上拉下撑、复杂大跨度钢结构拼装、液压提升吊点布设、全过程动态提升等内容,提出了配套的施工方法及技术措施,保证了整体结构全过程的安全可靠,工程实施效果良好,可以为类似工程提供借鉴。

In view of the technical problems of complex special-shaped structure construction of Qufuni Mountain Sacred World Confucian Culture Center project,the construction technology of special-shaped dome in tall space,the construction technology of high-altitude super-shaped overhang cornices and the key technology of dynamic hydraulic overall lifting of large-span steel truss are studied and adopted.It involves the space setting out technology,the construction of large-span transformation layer,the overhanging cornice pulling up and down,the complex large-span steel structure assembly,the layout of hydraulic lifting lifting points,the whole process of dynamic lifting and other contents.The construction methods and technical measures are put forward to ensure the safety and reliability of the whole process of the structure,the project implementation effect is good,and can provide reference for similar projects.
