摘要
海口国际免税城造型屋面钢结构采用大跨度钢结构轻型屋面,大跨度屋面采用单层网壳与双层网壳相结合的结构体系,屋面空间造型复杂,为多曲率多曲面的异形屋顶空间钢结构。同时,项目施工现场场地条件复杂、网壳空间关系各异、厚度变化大、网壳下部楼层空间关系复杂,对项目的施工方案的选择提出了很大的挑战。本文深入分析并研究了屋面结构特点、项目现场条件等因素,提出了屋面钢结构分块吊装+分区提升+局部满堂架相结合的综合应用型施工方案。通过对吊装区的合理分块划分、施工通道的加固、支撑架的设置以及提升区提升点的设计、提升支架的加固,配合施工全过程的仿真验算对现场施工提供理论指导,成功解决了本项目施工过程中遇到的各项难题,圆满完成了各项施工任务,为以后类似复杂结构的施工提供了良好的参考。
The forming roof steel structure of Haikou International Free Tax City adopts lightweight roof with large-span steel structure,and the structure system of large-span roof adopts single-layer reticulated shell and double-layer reticulated shell.The roof space design is complex and it is a special-shaped roof space steel structure with multiple curvatures and multiple curves.At the same time,the site conditions of the project construction site are complex,the spatial relationships of the reticulated shells are different,the thickness changes greatly,and the spatial relationships of the lower floors of the reticulated shells are complex,which poses a great challenge to the selection of construction schemes of the project.In this paper,the characteristics of roof structure,project site conditions and other factors are analyzed and studied in depth,and a comprehensive application-oriented construction scheme is put forward,which combines the block lifting of roof steel structure+zone lifting+local full roof frame.Through reasonable block division of lifting area,reinforcement of construction passageway,setting of support frame,design of lifting point in lifting area and reinforcement of lifting support,together with simulation checking calculation of the whole construction process,it provides theoretical guidance for on-site construction,successfully solves various problems encountered in the construction process of this project,satisfactorily completes various construction tasks and provides good reference for construction of similar complex structures in the future.
