某地下车库柱梁板开裂检测分析

地下车库工程停工一年后,更换施工单位继续施工,为了解既有工程施工质量,检测单位对地下车库进行施工质量检测。通过对车库柱梁板构件进行检测,发现柱梁板构件均存在开裂现象,分别对开裂构件实体进行强度、钢筋、尺寸等参数检测,并结合施工现场既有停工状态进行分析,得出柱开裂与后浇段设置不当、施工工序不当、施工期超载等因素有关,梁开裂与早期覆土施工欠妥、施工工序不当等因素有关,板开裂与混凝土自身收缩、养护不到位等因素有关。根据裂缝成因以及加固补强原则提出了分别针对柱、梁、板的裂缝处理建议,可以为类似车库工程的检测分析提供一定的参考。

After the underground garage project is stopped for one year,the construction unit will be replaced to continue construction.In order to understand the construction quality of the existing project,the testing unit will conduct construction quality testing for the underground garage.Through the inspection of the garage column,beam and slab components,it is found that there are cracks in the column,beam and slab components.The strength,reinforcement,size and other parameters of the cracked component entities are tested respectively.Combined with the analysis of the existing shutdown status on the construction site,it is concluded that the column cracks are related to improper post pouring section,improper construction procedures,overload during construction and other factors,and the beam cracks are related to improper early soil covering construction,improper construction procedures and other factors,The cracking of slab is related to factors such as concrete shrinkage and inadequate curing.According to the causes of cracks and the reinforcement principle,the paper puts forward suggestions on the treatment of cracks in columns,beams and slabs,which can provide some reference for the detection and analysis of similar garage projects.
