既有建筑局部加载改造的检测及监测研究

Research on detection and monitoring of local loading transformation of existing buildings

针对越来越多既有建筑物的局部使用功能发生改变的现象,满足既有建筑物技术状况满足新的使用功能的需求,结合某办公楼外加使用荷载局部增大工程实例,提出了全过程监测理念,确定了该类工程的检测范围、检测内容,并根据检测结果进行了安全等级鉴定,针对性地提出了优化的安全加固措施。经过工程实践证明,该建筑结构达到了继续安全使用的目的,以期为类似工程检测加固提供一定的参考。

It is common to change the local use function of existing buildings.Combined with engineering examples,this paper introduces the process of local building detection,monitoring,preloading and reinforcement design.Examples show that expanding the scope of detection,scientific identification and monitoring,preloading analysis and inspection,and selecting the best reinforcement scheme can meet the functional requirements of the building structure to continue to use safely.
