摘要
温度效应是影响铁路站房结构安全的重要因素之一,以昆明南站为研究对象,对主站房进行了运营阶段的结构监测及计算模拟,获得了温度效应影响下主站房结构应力与变形的变化规律。分析结果表明,降温作用导致了承轨层梁和高架层楼板受拉钢筋及屋面钢桁架受拉杆件的应力增加,呈负相关关系;降温作用还增加了屋面钢桁架跨中挠度,使屋面结构整体呈下凹趋势。采用经验模态分解法(EMD)分别获取了应力和温度时间序列的周期项和趋势项,并计算了两者特征项之间的相关系数。当站房结构正常服役时,应力与温度数据的特征项之间相关程度高。在此基础上,提出了适用于温度效应下铁路站房结构监测的预警指标及管理措施,可为类似的大型公共建筑结构监测提供参考。
The temperature effect is one of the important factors affecting the safety of railway station building structure.This paper takes Kunming South Railway Station as the research object.According to the monitoring data and the simulation calculation for the station structure in the service period,the relationship between stress or deformation and temperature of the stration structure is analyzed.The research results show that the effect of cooling will increase the stress of the tensile steel bars of beams of the rail-bearing layer and floorslabs of the elevated waiting layer,the same as the tensile member of the steel truss on the roof.There is a negative correlation between the stress and temperature.The deflection in the middle of the steel truss also increases with the cooling process,and a concave trend in the whole roof structure appears during the cooling process.The Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD)is used for getting the periodic item and the trend item of stress data series and temperature data series,andthe correlation coefficients between the characteristic items are calculated.While the station structure services normally,the correlation coefficitent value between the stress data and temperature data are big.Based on the results,the monitroing alarming index and measurement is proposed in this paper,which is apply to the railway station building affected by temperature.The monitroing alarming method provides reference for similar large public building structure monitroing.
