某木结构古建筑安全鉴定方法比较研究分析

Comparative study and analysis of safety appraisal methods for an ancient timbe building

某木结构古建筑受地基的影响,整幢建筑危险性增加,及时对其进行鉴定是十分必要的。在对该木结构建筑鉴定工作中发现,该建筑地基存在不密实、上部承重构件存在木构件开裂、腐朽、变形和连接失效等情况。通过目前2种鉴定方法进行评定,通过比较和总结其过程和结果的不同,给出2种鉴定方法的适用情况,为其他同类工程提供参考。

Under the influence of the foundation of an ancient timber building,the risk of the whole building is increased,and it is very necessary to identify it in time.In the identification work of the timber building,it is found that the foundation of the building is not dense,and the upper bearing members of the wooden structure are cracked,decayed,deformed and connection failure.By comparing and summarizing the difference between the two appraisal processes and results,this paper gives the application of the two appraisal methods and provides reference for other similar projects.
