摘要
胶合木植筋是一种将钢筋植入木材中,使钢筋和木材形成有效的粘结的技术,该技术不但具有高强、轻质、刚度大、耗材少和易安装的优点,而且具有较好的防火和美观效果,因此该连接技术在欧美、日本得到了迅速的发展和应用。对该技术的优越性及特点进行了分析评价,并分析总结国内外有关胶合木植筋的应用和研究现状,在此基础上,通过两个沿钢筋贴应变片的胶合木植筋试验,研究不同胶层厚度的钢筋内部应力分布情况,以探讨胶合木植筋的粘结锚固性能的受力特点。
Bonded-in steel rods are very efficient in withstanding high forces applied to timber structure.By comparing other connections,this technique not only has high strength,light weight,rigidity,easy to install,but also has better fire protection,aesthetic effect.Therefore,this way applied in Europe,America and Japan extensively.This paper analysis and evaluation its superiority.Then review worldwide research and application on guled-in rod for timber structure.On the basis,to discuss the force characteristic of glued-in rods for glulam and different layer thickness distribution of internal stress,two strain gauges were pasted along the steel bars and tested.
