新型环氧树脂混凝土桁架结构装配式节点研究 被引量:1

摘要 新型环氧树脂混凝土桁架结构的杆件采用新型环氧树脂混凝土材料制作而成,杆件内部配置纵向受力钢筋,部件之间采用螺栓和节点板进行连接,桁架结构采用华伦式桁架结构形式。将桁架结构装配式节点整体作为研究对象,简单介绍了基本假定及材料本构关系等理论分析基础,建立了桁架结构装配式节点有限元模型,研究了桁架结构装配式节点的竖向位移并绘制出挠度曲线变化图,分析节点板、节点板内钢筋网、杆件、钢筋骨架和螺栓应力分布和大小。结果表明,在新型环氧树脂混凝土桁架结构装配式节点中,跨中挠度最大值为26.65mm,节点板内应力最大值为68.68N/mm^(2),节点板内钢筋网应力最大值为267.8N/mm^(2),杆件内部最大应力为64.03N/mm^(2),螺栓群的最大应力为979.6N/mm^(2)。为明确桁架结构的选取提供理论依据,为后续新型环氧树脂混凝土桁架结构的位移计算提供依据。 New type of epoxy resin concrete truss rods using new type of epoxy resin concrete material,longitudinal reinforced bar internal configuration,with bolt and node plate connection between components,truss structure with warren truss structure.This article will truss structure fabricated node as the research object,the whole body simply introduces the basic assumption and material constitutive relation and other theoretical analysis foundation,established the truss structure fabricated node limited meta model,studies the truss structure fabricated vertical displacement of the node and draw out the deflection curve graph,analyze the node,node within plate steel plate,bar,steel skeleton and bolt group of stress distribution and the size.Results show that the new type of epoxy resin concrete truss structure fabricated node,a maximum deflection for across is 26.65mm.A maximum node plate internal stress is 68.68N/mm^(2).Node in the steel plate stress for maximum is 267.8N/mm^(2).Internal maximum stress for the bar is 64.03N/mm^(2).The maximum stress of bolt is 979.6N/mm^(2).As to provide theoretical basis for clear truss structure selection,for subsequent new epoxy resin provides the reference for the displacement calculation of concrete truss structure.
