国内基于超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的装配式建筑连接应用研究综述 被引量:6

摘要 超高性能混凝土(UHPC)具有超高力学性能、超高耐久性等一系列特点,是混凝土技术发展的主要方向之一,近年来被广泛用于市政桥梁和建筑领域。我国科研工作者正积极探索UHPC在建筑结构中的应用,其中装配式建筑领域的应用备受关注。本文以UHPC在我国装配式领域的应用现状入手,从UHPC与普通混凝土(Normal concrete,NC)界面力学性能和与钢筋之间黏结性能(锚固、搭接长度)的基础性能研究到应用于装配式框架和剪力墙结构节点连接的整体性能研究进行了系统整理分析和综述,结果表明:UHPC与NC黏结界面力学性能优于NC-NC界面,与钢筋之间凭借超强的握裹力使锚固长度大大减少至4倍钢筋直径,试验也表明基于该性能的装配式构件节点连接性能符合“强柱弱梁,强节点弱构件”的抗震要求,抗震性能基本等同现浇结构。 Ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)has a series of characteristics such as ultra-high mechanical properties,ultra-high durability,and is one of the main directions of concrete technology development.In recent years,UHPC has been widely used in the field of municipal bridge and construction.Chinese researchers are actively exploring the application of UHPC in architectural structures,among which the application in the field of prefabricated buildings has attracted much attention.This paper starts with the application status of UHPC in the assembly field of our country.From the research on the mechanical properties of the interface between UHPC and Normal concrete(NC)and the bonding properties between UHPC and reinforcement(anchorage,lap length)to the research on the overall performance of the joint connection of prefabricated frame and shear wall structures,the results show that:The mechanical properties of the bonding interface between UHPC and NC are better than those of NC-NC interface,and the anchoring length is greatly reduced to 4 times the diameter of steel bar by the super binding force between UHPC and steel bar.The experiment also shows that the joint connection performance of the prefabricated component based on this performance meets the seismic requirements of“strong column and weak beam,strong joint and weak member”,and the seismic performance is basically equivalent to that of cast-in-place structure.
