摘要
为充分发挥装配式混凝土结构绿色、节能、环保的自身固有优势,积极推动装配式混凝土结构干式连接技术发展,对国内外常用的装配式混凝土框架结构和装配式混凝土剪力墙结构的干式连接方法进行了系统的梳理,对后张预应力连接、螺栓连接、焊接、预埋钢连接件等常见连接方式的构造做法、受力性能进行了综合对比。分析结果表明,后张预应力连接、螺栓连接、焊接等连接方式的连接刚度、变形及耗能能力通常弱于现浇结构,相关设计缺乏依据,连接的设计工作难度较大。相对而言,采用合理构造措施的预埋钢连接件连接方式的施工工艺简便,受力性能与现浇结构基本一致,可依据现有现浇结构设计方法进行设计,易于被广大设计人员接受,相关研究具有较为广阔的工程应用前景。
In order to give full play to the inherent advantages of prefabricated concrete structures in terms of green,energy-saving,and environmental protection,and actively promote the development of dry connection technology for prefabricated concrete structures,this article systematically summarizes the dry connection methods commonly used at home and abroad for prefabricated concrete frame structures and prefabricated concrete shear wall structures.The construction methods and mechanical properties of common connection methods such as post tensioned prestressed connection,bolt connection,welding,and embedded steel connectors are comprehensively compared.The analysis results show that the connection stiffness,deformation,and energy consumption capacity of post tensioned prestressed connections,bolt connections,and welding connections are generally weaker than cast-in-place structures,and the relevant design lacks basis,making the design of connections difficult.Relatively speaking,the construction process of using reasonable structural measures for the connection of embedded steel connectors is simple,and the mechanical performance is basically consistent with that of cast-in-place structures.It can be designed based on existing cast-in-place structure design methods,which is easy to be accepted by the majority of designers.The relevant research has a relatively broad engineering application prospect.
