装配式低层混凝土墙板农房设计要点及工程应用

乡村振兴是国家当下的重要战略之一,而乡村建设面临农村青壮年劳动力不足、质量监管的“三无”状态等问题,因此,装配式农房是乡村振兴的一个思路。基于国家现行标准和现有装配式建筑技术体系的基础上,本文提出一种用于农房建设的装配式低层混凝土墙板结构体系,结合某农房项目,从建筑设计、结构设计和预制构件及节点设计等关键问题进行探索,项目实践结果表明:1)装配式低层混凝土墙板结构体系适用于农房建设;2)农房建设应满足模数化、标准化、系列化;3)绿色农房建设应考虑预制构件生产、运输、安装等因素。

Rural revitalization is one of the important strategies of the country,and rural construction is faced with problems such as the shortage of rural young and middle-aged labor force and the"three no"state of quality supervision.Therefore,prefabricated rural housing is an idea of rural revitalization.Based on the current national standard and the existing prefabricated building technology system,this paper proposes a prefabricated low-rise concrete wall panel structure system for farm house construction.Combined with a farm house project,exploring the key issues of architectural design,structural design,prefabricated components and node design,the project practice results show that:1)the prefabricated low-rise concrete wall panel structure system is suitable for the construction of farm houses;2)the construction of farm houses should meet the modular,standardization and series,and other factors should be considered in the construction of green farm houses.
