摘要
华龙一号非能动水箱悬挑于外层安全壳42.3~56.2m外侧,为降低其施工难度和风险,设计了悬挑施工钢平台。研究并确定了钢平台的设计原则和思路、进行了钢平台的结构布置设计,根据安装、施工、使用各阶段的结构受力特征、荷载工况进行了钢平台的力学分析和结构设计,并对钢平台与外层安全壳的埋入式连接进行设计。解决了核电厂非能动水箱的施工难题,可为类似高空悬挑混凝土工程的施工提供参考和指导。
The passive water tank of HPR1000 is suspended outside the outer containment at 42.3~56.2 m.A suspended construction steel platform is designed to reduce the difficulty and risk in the construction of passive water tank.Design principles and methods of the steel platform are researched and determined,and structural layout and design are carried out.Then the structural analysis and design of the steel platform are performed according to the different structural mechanical characteristics and load conditions of the installation,construction and usage stages.Also,the embedded connection between steel platform and outer containment are designed.The difficult problems in construction of passive water tank in nuclear power plant are solved,which may be referenced by the construction of similar high and suspended concrete structure.
