摘要
附着升降脚手架是一种附着于建筑主体结构上,依靠自身的升降设备和装置,可随工程结构逐层爬升或下降,具有防倾覆、防坠落装置的外脚手架[1]。在内嵌超过5 m的建筑主体结构挑空层,经常无处附着。结合越秀南沙滨海花园7期4区项目附着式提升脚手架在挑空层无处附着的难题,研发出一套可周转使用的钢结构支撑平台,解决了附着式提升脚手架结构在结构挑空层无处附着的难题,提高了附着式提升脚手架的适用性,并详细阐述其设计方法、施工过程。在越秀南沙滨海花园7期4区项目实际运用的同时取得了显著的经济效益,对其余类似项目提供了参考经验。
Attached lifting scaffold is an external scaffold attached to the main structure of a building,relying on its own lifting equipment and devices,which can climb or descend with the engineering structure layer by layer,and has anti overturning and anti-falling devices[1].In the main structure of a building embedded with more than 5m of overhanging floors,there is often no place to attach.In combination with the difficulty of attaching lifting scaffolding to the empty floor of Yuexiu Nansha Binhai Garden Phase 7 Area 4 Project,a reusable steel structure support platform has been developed,which solves the problem of attaching lifting scaffolding structures to the empty floor of the structure,improves the applicability of attaching lifting scaffolding,and elaborates its design method and construction process.The practical application of the Yuexiu Nansha Binhai Garden Phase 7 and Area 4 project has achieved significant economic benefits,providing reference experience for other similar projects.
