基于柔性支撑的多层钢结构模块化建筑抗震性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 柔性支撑具有用钢量小、连接构造简单,焊接工作量小,生产安装效率高、对装饰影响程度小等优点,在钢结构模块化建筑中具有广阔的应用前景。本文主要提出了一种柔性支撑在结构整体设计中的等效建模方法,并以深圳某多层模块化酒店为例,对比研究了纯框架模块、框架-柔性支撑模块以及框架-刚性支撑模块的抗震性能。对比结果表明,柔性支撑在调节结构自振周期和振型方面能够发挥较好的作用,在多遇地震下能够发挥与刚性支撑近似相同的抗侧作用,在罕遇地震下可能存在受拉屈服和松弛的现象。综合考虑安全性、经济性和生产安装效率,建议在抗震设防烈度较低的低多层钢结构模块化建筑中采用柔性支撑作为抗侧力构件,以提高建筑整体的抗震性能。 Flexible brace has the advantages of small steel consumption,simple connection structure,small welding workload,high production and installation efficiency,and small impact on decoration,etc.,and has broad application prospects in steel modular buildings.This paper proposes an equivalent modeling method for flexible braces in the overall design of the structure,and takes a multi-storey modular hotel in Shenzhen as an example to compare and study the seismic performance of pure frame module,frame-flexible brace module and frame-rigid brace module.The comparison results show that the flexible braces could play a good role in adjusting the natural vibration period and mode shape of the structure,and could achieve almost the same lateral force resistance performance as the rigid braces under frequent earthquakes.However,there may be tensile yielding and slack phenomenon happen for flexible braces under rare earthquakes.Considering safety,economy and production and installation efficiency,it is recommended to apply flexible braces as lateral force-resistant components for multi-storey steel modular buildings in areas with low seismic fortification intensity to improve the seismic performance of the buildings.
