某地铁车辆段上盖非对称连体超高层结构性能化设计

摘要 某地铁车辆段上盖非对称连体超高层,存在扭转位移比大、刚度突变、承载力突变、构件间断和复杂连接等超限项。对该结构进行反应谱CQC法计算和小震时程分析,CQC法的计算结果大于时程分析,可以CQC法的计算结果作为设计依据。在中震作用下,各类构件的受剪和受弯承载力满足第3性能水准要求。在罕遇地震作用下,结构最大层间位移角满足规范不大于1/100的要求,连体结构部分无损坏,底部剪力墙进入塑性,部分框架梁及连梁屈服耗能。 The structure of an asymmetry connected super high-rise building above metro depot,has some kinds of over-limit information,namely too large torsional displacement ratio,stiffness mutation,bearing capacity mutation,discontinuity of components and complex connection.The results of reaction spectrum CQC method and small seismic time-history analysis of the structure show that the results of the CQC method are larger than the time-history analysis,which can be used as the design basis.Under the action of moderate earthquake,the shearing capacity and flexural capacity of all kinds of members meet the requirements of the third performance level.Under the action of rare earthquake,the maximum inter-storey displacement angle of the structure meet the requirements of no more than 1/100 in the code,the part of the connected structure is not damaged,the bottom shear wall enters into plastic,and part of the frame beam and the connected beam yielded and dissipated energy.
