泳池式供热堆高耸子结构水平组合隔震方案分析

摘要 针对泳池式供热堆厂房内部高耸子结构,提出了一种能够避免隔震支座受拉和结构倾覆的新型水平组合隔震方案。采用SAP2000有限元软件,系统分析了该方案厂房的楼面加速度时程、楼层反应谱、隔震层相对位移和支座应力。分析结果表明:该方案能够满足隔震规范的各项要求,并且在极限安全地震动作用下橡胶支座不受拉。此外,将组合隔震方案与抗震方案、基底隔震方案的结果进行了对比,对比结果表明:在水平方向,水平组合隔震方案的楼面加速度响应和反应谱明显小于抗震结构,两种隔震方案的水平隔震层位移均可满足规范要求;在竖直方向,由于避免了上部结构的摇摆,水平组合隔震方案的加速度响应和楼层反应谱明显小于基底隔震结构,水平组合隔震方案可有效解决基底隔震方案中橡胶支座受拉的问题。 A new horizontal combination isolation scheme is proposed to avoid the tension of the isolation support and the overturning of the structure.SAP2000 finite element software was used to systematically analyze the floor acceleration time history,floor response spectrum,relative displacement of isolation layer and support stress of the workshop.The analysis results show that the scheme can meet the requirements of the isolation specification,and the rubber bearing is not stretched under the ultimate safe vibration.In addition,the results of the combined isolation scheme,aseismic scheme and basement isolation scheme are compared.The results show that in the horizontal direction,the acceleration response and response spectrum of the floor of the combined isolation scheme are obviously smaller than that of the aseismic structure,and the displacement of the horizontal isolation layer of the two schemes can meet the code requirements.In the vertical direction,the acceleration response and floor response spectrum of the horizontal combination isolation scheme are obviously smaller than that of the base isolation structure because the swing of the superstructure is avoided.The horizontal combination isolation scheme can effectively solve the problem of rubber bearing tension in the base isolation scheme.
