某医院门诊楼基于《条例》的消能减震结构分析与设计

摘要 《建设工程抗震管理条例》发布之后,“两区域八大类建筑”在工程所在区域发生本区域设防地震时,能够处于正常使用状态,具备良好的抗震性能,需要采用隔震和消能减震等技术,并满足国家相关规范、规程、标准的要求。采用PKPM有限元分析软件建立包含黏滞阻尼器的整体分析模型,通过对某医院门诊楼进行的消能减震结构分析,完成了多遇地震、设防地震、罕遇地震不同性能水准下的包络设计,并采用SAUSG进行了大震弹塑性时程分析补充验算,分析结果表明黏滞阻尼器发挥了应有的作用,结构整体指标及构件配筋满足设防地震下正常使用要求,能够实现“中震不坏、大震可修”的性能目标,可为工程实践提供参考。 After the promulgation of the“Regulations on the Administration of Seismic Resistance of Construction Projects”,“eight types of buildings in two regions”can be in normal use when a seismic fortification occurs in the area where the project is located,and have good seismic performance.It is necessary to adopt technologies such as seismic isolation and energy dissipation,and meet the requirements of relevant national codes,regulations,and standards.The PKPM finite element analysis software was used to establish the overall analysis model including viscous fluid damper.Through the analysis of the energy dissipation structure of a hospital outpatient building,the envelope design under different performance levels under frequent earthquakes,fortification earthquakes,and rare earthquakes was completed.The SAUSG was used to carry out the large earthquake elastic-plastic time history analysis and supplementary checking calculation.The analysis results show that the viscous fluid dampers have played their due role.The overall index of the structure and the reinforcement of the components meet the requirements of normal use under earthquake protection,and can achieve the performance goal of“no damage with moderate earthquake and repairable with strong earthquake”,which can provide reference for engineering practice.
