甘肃某医院项目门诊楼抗震与隔震设计 被引量:2

摘要 根据《建设工程抗震管理条例》相关规定,位于高烈度设防地区的新建医院建筑应按照国家相关规定采用隔震减震技术。甘肃省某医院项目所在地抗震设防烈度为8度(0.2g),以该项目门诊楼结构设计为例,通过抗震计算分析,对比了钢筋混凝土框架结构与框架-剪力墙结构的方案差异,结合结构平面布置不规则的不利因素和政策法规要求,提出了采用隔震技术的必要性;同时借助SAP2000及YJK软件分析结果,简要论述了隔震结构性能目标设定、隔震计算分析、隔震支座设置及隔震层设计等技术要点,以指导施工图设计。通过计算分析表明,隔震结构各项指标均能满足现行规范要求,故针对高烈度区新建医院建筑项目,合理采用隔震技术能够有效提高结构抗震性能,可为类似工程设计提供经验借鉴。 According to“Regulation on administration of architectural engineering Earthquake resistant”,vibration isolation and damping technology must be applied in the construction of new hospital in high intensity area.The hospital project is in intensity 8(0.2g)region,take the structure design of outpatient building as an example,scheme differences are found between frame structure and frame-shear wall structure by the calculation and analysis.The application of seismic isolation technology is also necessary when the structure plans are irregular and the structure design must be conform to regulations.With the help of analysis results of SAP2000 and YJK,the performance objectives and the analysis of seismic isolation design are introduced briefly.According to the calculation and analysis,the results show that the calculated indexes better meet the requirements of specification.So the application of seismic isolation technology in the construction of new hospital in high intensity area can improve the seismic performance of the structure significantly and it also can be use for the design of similar works.
