摘要
市民中心存在凸凹不规则、楼板不连续、顶层多塔、斜柱、穿层柱等不规则项,属于超限高层建筑。为确保结构具有足够的抗震能力,采用性能化抗震设计方法,制定了合理的抗震性能目标。采用不同软件对结构进行多遇地震、设防地震和罕遇地震下的计算分析,结果显示本工程能够满足预设的抗震性能目标且有一定的安全储备。此外还根据结构的特点,针对楼板薄弱部分进行了相应的分析,并根据分析结果对楼板进行设计及加强。
The civic centerl project with irregular items such as irregular convex and concave,discontinuous slab,multi-tower on the top floor,inclined column,through-layer column and so on,belongs to the out-of-code high-rise building.In order to ensure the structure has sufficient seismic capacity,the performance-based seismic design method was adopted,and reasonable seismic performance targets was set.Different software is used to analyze the structure under frequent earthquakes,fortification earthquakes and rare earthquakes.The results show that the project can meet the preset seismic performance targets and has a certain safety reserve.In addition,according to the characteristics of the structure,corresponding analysis is carried out for the weak part of the slab,and strengthened according to the analysis results.
