大跨桁架转换超限高层结构设计与分析

摘要 本文介绍了某一存在多项不规则的大跨桁架转换超限高层的结构设计与分析,本工程存在大跨桁架转换、斜柱、体型收进及组合平面等不利因素。针对本工程设计的特点及难点,通过合理有效的结构布置及加强措施,并经过全面的结构计算和分析,结构能够达到设定的抗震设防性能目标,转换桁架、斜柱等关键构件能满足受力要求且有足够的安全储备。转换桁架及斜柱采用钢骨混凝土结构,能与周边的钢筋混凝土结构形成良好的整体性。转换桁架斜、竖腹杆及吊柱采用钢结构达到了节点简化的目的,且不影响结构整体受力性能。楼板作用对转换桁架及斜柱相关构件受力有较大影响,专项分析时宜考虑楼板开裂或失效的影响。 This paper introduces the structural design and analysis of a out-of-code large span truss conversion high-rise building with multiple irregularities.There are adverse factors in the project,such as large span truss conversion,inclined columns,body retraction,and composite planes.According to the characteristics and difficulties of engineering design,through reasonable and effective structural layout and strengthening measures,and through comprehensive structural calculation and analysis,the structure can achieve the set seismic fortification performance goals,and key components such as transfer trusses and inclined columns can meet the stress requirements and have sufficient safety reserves.The transfer truss and inclined column adopt steel reinforced concrete structure,which can form a good integrity with the surrounding reinforced concrete structure.The use of steel structures for the diagonal and vertical web members and suspension columns of the transfer truss achieves the goal of simplifying the joints without affecting the overall structural performance.The action of the floor slab has a significant iMPact on the stress of the transfer truss and related components of the inclined column,and the iMPact of floor slab cracking or failure should be considered in the special analysis.
