摘要
某工程为跨越地铁线的超限高层建筑,采用钢框架-混凝土核心筒结构体系。塔楼结构高度为148.6m,塔楼框架柱均需要采用大跨度梁进行转换。介绍了结构体系和性能目标的选取。对主体结构进行了多遇地震、设防地震和罕遇地震分析,实现C级抗震性能目标要求。分析结果表明,混合结构能较好地满足跨地铁结构的设计要求,型钢混凝土梁能更好地满足转换梁抗震性能目标需要,主体结构可以满足振动舒适度要求。
A steel frame-concrete core tube structure system is adopted for a out-of-code high-rise building crossing the subway line.The height of the tower structure is 148.6m,and tower frame columns need to be transfered using large-span beams.This paper introduceds the selection of structural system and performance target.The main structure has been analyzed for frequent earthquake,fortification earthquake,and rare earthquake,achieving the seismic performance target of Level C structures.The calculation results show that the hybrid structure can meet the design requirements of cross subway structures,and the steel reinforced concrete beams can better meet the structural seismic performance goals,the main structure can meet the vibration comfort requirements.
