摘要 武汉华润万象城T2塔楼地下4层,地上37层,建筑高度168.7m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒体系,为B级高度高层建筑。介绍了本项目超限结构设计,采用抗震性能化设计思想,采取了有效的结构措施,达到了抗震性能目标C。具体对塔楼偏置影响,大堂圆柱转方柱特殊节点,大跨度及大悬挑部位结构舒适度和钢结构塔冠进行了详细分析。 The T2 tower of the Mixc in Wuhan China is a B-level high-rise building with the height of 168.7m and 41 stories(37 stories above the ground).The reinforced concrete frame-core tube system is applied in this building.This paper mainly introduces the out-of-codes high-rise structure design of the project.The seismic performance-based design idea is used and available measures are taken to reach the requirements of the class C seismic performance target.The tower offset,the special joints between the cylindrical columns and the square columns in the lobby,the human comfort on the large span or the large overhang parts and the structure mechanics of the steel tower crown are also analyzed in this paper.
