商丘金融中心超高层结构分析与设计

摘要 商丘金融中心由两幢36层169.3m高南、北双子座菱形塔楼及三层裙房组成,塔楼结构高度156.1m,属于非标准体型超高层结构。通过风洞试验结果与规范取值对比,得到了合适的风荷载取值;参考安评数据与规范数据,包络确定地震动参数;根据塔楼的结构超限情况,合理设定抗震性能目标。通过对结构在多遇地震、设防地震及罕遇地震下采取相应不同的抗震分析方法,计算判断结构安全性,找出结构薄弱部位并采取相应的加强措施,提高结构的抗震性能。 Shangqiu Financial Center is composed of two 36-storey Geminid diamond towers 169.3 meters high and three-storey podium.The tower structure is 156.1 meters high,belonging to the non-standard super high-rise structure.By comparing the wind tunnel test results with the standard values,the appropriate wind load values are obtained.The parameters of ground motion are determined by referring to safety assessment data and specification data.The seismic performance target is set reasonably according to the structure of the tower.The seismic performance of the structure can be improved by using different seismic analysis methods in the case of frequent earthquakes,fortification earthquakes and rare earthquakes.The safety of the structure can be calculated and judged,and the weak parts of the structure can be found out and the corresponding strengthening measures can be taken.
