摘要
本工程位于佛山市顺德区的佛山新城区域,为单栋的超高层办公楼,结构高度为178.0m,结构体系为钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,属超B级高度的高层建筑。结构存在扭转不规则、局部楼板不连续、局部穿层柱和体型凹凸不规则等不规则情况。对塔楼的主要结构特点进行了详细阐述,介绍了其结构设计的主要过程以及相关抗震设计方法,重点分析了抗震设计过程中的概念设计,通过不同的计算程序进行对比分析,对关键构件及重点部位采取了加强措施,分析结果表明,该超高层塔楼可满足预定的抗震性能目标,各项分析指标均能满足现行规范要求。
The project is a single super high-rise office building with a structural height of 178.0m and a reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure,which is a super B height high-rise building located in the Foshan New Town area of Shunde District,Foshan City.There are irregularities in the structure such as torsional irregular ities,local floor slab discontinuities,local penetration columns,and body concave and convex irregularities.This article elaborates on the main structural characteristics of the tower,introduces the main process of its structural design and related seismic design methods,focuses on the conceptual design in the seismic design process,compares and analyzes through different calculation procedures,and takes strengthening measures for key components and key parts.The analysis results show that the super high-rise tower can meet the predetermined seismic performance targets,and all the analysis indexes can meet the requirements of the current code.
