摘要 深圳某超高层塔楼建筑高度为300m,结构高度为289m,塔冠高度11m。结合建筑体型及结构受力要求,结构体系采用“稀柱框架-混凝土核心筒-环带桁架”结构体系。根据虚功原理,以风荷载下的结构顶点位移为控制目标,对各个环带桁架的敏感性进行了分析,确定了环带桁架加强层的最佳布置方案。利用环带桁架的“虚拟伸臂”效应可以有效降低核心筒在水平荷载作用下的倾覆力矩,增大结构的抗侧刚度,减小结构的水平变形,并最大程度减小建筑使用功能的影响。对环带桁架加强层楼板的进行了详细的受力分析,并提出了有效的建议及加强措施。 A super high-rise tower in Shenzhen with a building height of 300m and a structure height of 289m,and a tower crown height of 11m.Combined with the requirements of building body shape and structural force,the structural system adopts the"frame-concrete corer tube with ring belt truss"structure system.According to the principle of virtual work,the sensitivity of each belt truss is analyzed with the displacement of structure under wind load as the control target,and the optimal layout scheme of belt truss is determined.Using the"virtual outrigger"effect of the belt truss can effectively reduce the overturning moment of the core tube under horizontal load,increase the resistance of the structure,reduce the horizontal deformation of the structure,and minimize the impact of building function functions to the greatest extent.In this paper,the stress analysis of the reinforced floor with belt truss is carried out in detail,and the effective suggestions and strengthening measures are put forward.
